Happy New Year, I know that I haven't typed in a while because of the holidays. But here's some stuff. I made my own potato soup mmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmm GOOD! Ingredients: 2 cans of chicken broth
1 bag of frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
1 cup milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 bag shredded chedder cheese (8oz.)
1/4 cup cooked bacon

Put chicken broth, potatoes onion and water in a pot. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Put milk in small bowl and whisk in flour. Pour into the potato mixture, turn up the heat and cook for 6-8 minutes until thick. Add the cheese and stir until mixed. Take off the heat. Spoon into bowls and top with bacon.

I went to Chimes over the holiday. To me and my Dad's surprise the soup of the day was potato soup! It had some bacon, cheese and a lot of onions, but still good. Their shrimp tasted really good. I had some salad also. Did I mention that it had 2 stories, really cool!

More later.

Zea's

Last night for family night we went to Zea's. Our server's name was Barrett. He did really good.

My appetizer was of course potato soup! It tasted really good. Just less onions more soup would be nice! For my meal I had pasta with butter! Little dry but good. My side dish was reb beans & rice. My dad had a lamb chop. I should of had that!

I also got my own Business cards!!!!!! I left one for Barrett.

Louisiana Lagniappe last night.

It was kind of a long wait, but worth it.

Fried crab fingers & sauce - they taste really good and hot - so be careful! They are really crispy and the sauce is fantastic.

The beef tournedos - very well cooked and excellent flavor.

My mom, dad and sister had fish that were also tasty. I also tasted my first softshell crab - yum.

--------------------------------------------------
Tonight I had grilled shrimp on a skewer and they tasted fantastic. I ate them all. We also ate some gnnochi. The gnnochi looks like potato balls but tastes like pasta but made out of potatoes! At this very moment we are baking SCONES!!!!!!

Just ate them. The taste was awesome!!!!!!

Hey, sorry it's been a while. I've been busy, but i have new stuff!

First, I picked out my own steak - a ribeye. My dad cooked it perfectly, and added a little something special! I ate the giant ribeye and huge potato! Next, I had country fried steak with sausage gravy and fries at The Cabin Restaurant. The sauce was thick but I liked it. I also went to Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere was good, the wings were too tangy.

I'll talk soon. Thanks for following!

I went to ACME Oyster House and found a surprise! I had a potatoe soup! It looked just like the one at Portabellos but taste different. It was a solid number 2! I will be back soon.
