Last Saturday I went to Coyote Blues. My waitress was Beth. She was really nice. My dish was chicken fajitas. It was really good. It came on a big tower dish. It was smoking (litarlly). P.S. It is really hot so watch out! The restaurant was really big and a little loud.

you should buy the book culinary artistry and flavor bible so you can learn your flavor profiles. I think those books would help you out in your future endeavors. Good luck, and keep up the good work.
